Macarons--Filling Flavors
Macarons get their flavor from the filling inside the two shells. The shells are made of meringue and act like sponges, absorbing all the tasty goodness of the filling once they are allowed to "mature" for 24 hours.
Below you'll find all of the flavors I have tried so far, divided into their major category types. I am always up for a challenge and exploring new flavors, so if you don't see what you want, just ask!

GLUTEN ALLERGIES: While macarons are naturally gluten-free, these are not made in a gluten-free facility. Cross-contamination could occur, and there is no guarantee that any item can be completely free of allergens.
NUT and EGG ALLERGIES: The base ingredients of macaron shells include: almond flour, confectioner's sugar, egg whites, and granulated sugar. ALL SHELLS CONTAIN NUTS AND EGGS
DAIRY ALLERGIES: All buttercreams and caramels contain real butter and heavy cream.

Shell Flavors
Shells are made with just four simple ingredients, almond flour, confectioner's sugar, egg whites, and granulated sugar. They are delicious without any additional flavoring, but by adding a dry ingredient to the mix, you can really up the flavor complexity of the finished macaron.
Just as with my filling flavors, these are the shell flavors I have tried, if you'd like one not listed just ask!

Shaped Macarons
Think outside the circle! Just let me know if you have a special shape in mind, and I'll let you know if it'll work. Macarons are made by piping out the batter onto a mat--no cookie cutters are used! So in general, the simpler the better, but I'll do my best to make your vision a reality!
